• We ship globally. It usually takes 2-7 working days for delivery
• Additional customization adds up to the dispatch time
• For international customers, the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of Delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.

We hope you will love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return it to us. We offer a credit note valid for a year from the date of issue. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold unless it is damaged or defective from our end.

Please note : No return, exchange or cancellation will be processed in case the fall and/or pico is done on the saree. Or if any other form of customization is done on any product.

For orders within India:

For orders outside India:
You can ship it to our office in Hyderabad, India. All expenses pertaining to the returns needs to be borne by the customer. Please email us at orders@unnatisilks.com for further details.

All items must be returned in their sealed original packaging and in its original condition.
