Shipping Policy

• 1. Free shipping on retail purchases above INR 999.
• 2. Orders without customization are delivered within 2 to 6 working days for most pin codes.
• 3. Orders with customization requires additional days for processing.
• 4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at orders@unnatisilks.com within an hour of placing the order.

FREE SHIPPING on all international orders is available for orders above Rs.19999

For orders below Rs.19999, following shipping charges are applicable:

• 1. Standard shipping charge per retail order below Rs.19999, anywhere outside India is INR 2500 irrespective of the number of items picked.
• 2. Express shipping charge per retail order below Rs.19999, for select countries outside India is INR 3500 irrespective of the number of items picked.
• 3. For Bulk / Wholesale orders, please refer to our Wholesale Policy.
• 4. Orders with customization requires additional days for processing.
• 5. Any custom /octroi charges has to be borne by the customer.
• 6. Our delivery partner is DHL.
• 7. Orders are delivered within 3-8 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
• 8. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at orders@unnatisilks.com within an hour, of placing order.

• 1. There might be delays due to unavoidable circumstances which would be beyond our control including festivals, holidays, lockouts, etc.
• 2. No refund or returns will be entertained during such times.
• 3. However, exchange or replacement options will be available for this.
