For any return request, send us an email return request within 24 hours of delivery, on firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Order Number
- Product Code
- Reason for returning the product
- Photo of the product which you intend to return back to us
- Returns/replacements cannot be initiated for any customized product.
Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products. In all other cases, replacement or store credit (1 year validity) is available.
Returns and Replacements are done by Unnati if wrong products , wrong sizes or damaged products are received by the customer. In case of Exchange, return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.
Exchange is allowed with the same or different products.
- 1. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at email@example.com with your Order ID, Product Code and send us a snapshot of the defect
- 2. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer, and Unnati Silks shall have no additional liability in this regard.
- 3. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
- 4. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
- 5. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
- 6. Returns cannot be initiated for any customized product.
- Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition
- Tags should be retained and returned
- No customization should be done. Fabric/Apparel should not be cut or used
- Any free gift accompanied with the product should be returned
- We request that you DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Unnati's customer service team for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Unnati does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
- The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Unnati Silks shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails. All defective products being returned to Unnati Silks shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.
- The return should return be sent back to Unnati within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Unnati. Safe receipt of defective product by Unnati Silks is sole responsibility of the customer, and upon compliance of these provisions, the obligations of Unnati Silks, if any, under this return policy come into effect
- Quality is of upmost importance at Unnati Silks and we put special efforts to publish the best quality pictures with true to life colors for our customers. But digital photography has its limitations. Though we strive to achieve accuracy, a lot of factors affect the way colors look different from real life compared to its digital version. Things like weather and lighting conditions and even the monitor settings of the viewer can cause a color variation.
- The colors of the garment with shades of blue and green mostly photograph differently than the actual tone. The same can be said about many iridescent colors like Orange, Bright Pink and Purple.
- Deep colors like Black, Dark Navy Blue and Dark Brown may look similar.
- Also, Pale colors like off white, white, grey & cream look different in pictures depending on the lighting conditions in the studio at the time of shoot.
- 1. Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
- 2. A payment processing fees is deducted were applicable.
