What is Cash On Delivery ?
Cash On Delivery is an alternate payment method offered in addition to our existing payment options viz. Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, ITZ Cash Cards, Demand Drafts. In Cash On Delivery, you will have to pay the order amount to our courier partners at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

On which products is Cash On Delivery available?
Cash on delivery is available on all products but the total bill amount should not exceed Rs.10,000.

How can I place an order using Cash On Delivery?
Placing an order using Cash On Delivery payment option is simple. Please follow the steps below
- Identify the products with Cash On Delivery available that you want to purchase.
- Add them to your Shopping Cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Enter your shipping addresses and proceed to the payment page
- Please select Cash On Delivery as your payment option.
- We will confirm the order by Phone or Email. Once we get confirmation from your side we will start processing your order. Once your order is complete, it will be delivered at your given address.

When do I pay for my Cash On Delivery order?
You will have to pay the order amount to our courier partners at the time of the actual delivery.

Is Cash On Delivery available outside India?
Currently, Cash On Delivery is available in selected locations within India.

How do I avail Cash On Delivery on my order?
You can avail Cash On Delivery on an order if
- Your selected products are available for Cash On Delivery.
- Your location is serviceable by courier partners providing cash collection services. Generally we service all major locations in India (some remote locations might not be serviced). - Your order total amount is less than Rs.100000
- You have a valid mobile number.

Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available on my shipping address?

Will there be change in delivery time for COD order?
There may be a delay in delivery of COD orders since the courier will need to coordinate with you to deliver the items as per your convenient time. An additional Rs.100 will be charged for availing Cash on delivery option.
